While you are staying at Farakunku you might like to take a few excursions to see some of the local colour and life in the area at places of interest. We have two comfortable vehicles to take guests out for half or full day excursions and with the benefit of Moses' local knowledge and guidance you can be sure of a good outing. We are happy to tailor your trip to suit your interests. |

| Trip to Kartong, a trip along the River Allahein in a covered boat, Kartong beach and lunch/refreshments at Stala lodge, Kartong sacred crocodile pool, Snake Captivity/Education centre. | Trip to Tanji open air Cultural Museum and Tanji Fishing centre for a guided tour of the smoking sheds and fish market. This trip is best in the afternoon, starting around 3pm ready for the fishing boats arriving at 5pm D800 (not including museum entrance fee. A donation to the guide is expected…Moses will advise) |
