Lunch snacks or the Gambian dish of the day served from 12.30-2.30

Evening meal : a daily set menu using local produce. The Gambian dish of the day may also be available in the evening.

Tables set with candles and flowers every evening for that special time on holiday.

Occasional evening local music/dance at the request of guests.

Local drummers and the chance to learn how to play the Djembe drums.
