Wow! What a fantastic place. It has been impossible to find fault with Farakunku. We will be talking about this place to friends for a long time. If I relax any more, I may stop functioning altogether! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and showing us a beautiful corner of The Gambia. With the perfect lodge and the perfect beach, it may not be long before we come back!!

On one of our trips by bike, we came along this nice place. Heather offered us a cool drink and showed us the lodges. On the moment we had to change our grass roof of our house in Gambian Paradise club, we decided to stay here. We thank Heather and Moses for their warm welcome. On top of the nice accommodation we were surprised about the superb food.

Excellent reviews brought us here but Farakunku has far exceeded our expectations! In contrast with our first week in Kololi, we have found peace and tranquility. We can't thank you enough Heather and Moses for your warm welcome, exquisite gardens, beautiful lodges and superb food. Lamin is a wonderful cook.
In this unique rural village setting we have particularly enjoyed our contact with the delightful local people who have greeted us on our morning and evening strolls.We won't go on about all the birds!
Thank you Heather and Moses and your great team. Don't change a thing!

We are so very happy to have just spent the most special week in Farakunku Lodges. The peace and comfort of our lodge, the serenity of its setting and the delicious food are such a credit to the Farakunku team.

Es ist wunderschoen bei Euch – wir haben es in vollen Zuegen genossen. Herzlichen Dank fuer die herzliche Aufnahme in deinem Haus. Koestlich waren die Abendessen … manche Anregung fuer zuhause! Den tollen Musikabend nicht zu vergessen - mit der (fast) ganzen maennlichen Belegschaft – wunderbares Erlebnis!
